Calling All South Coast Employers!
College LEAD SoCo is a college to career pipeline for our local emerging professionals. Your organization will have the opportunity to fully immerse the cohort in your history, culture, and team, introducing them to career opportunities they did not know existed.
Your on-site visit will help build relationships and give them a foot in the door to shadow roles of interest, connect with a mentor, and encourage employment upon graduation.
Consider this a full day interview with students who are focused, ambitious, and want to build their careers in our region.
The region’s higher education attainment level hovers around 20%. We need to retain our educated youth and put an end to the “brain drain.” With many open positions that are challenging to fill, your participation will move a pipeline of dedicated emerging professionals from college to career.
Program runs October through May
