What do you do professionally?
I am a Vice President at Rua-Dumont-Audet Insurance Agency, an agency that has been in business for over 100 years. I have built my career with RDA for the last 28 years and my primary responsibility is in sales. I am passionate about selling insurance such as homeowners, personal automobile, business insurance, and financial services. I am driven to providing our customers with the best insurance coverage at the best price.

How are you involved in the community and what motivates you to engage?
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Fall River, Inc. and the Saint Vincent’s Development Committee. Previously, I have served on the Board of Directors for Leadership SouthCoast, as well as Treasurer of the Bristol County Business Connect. I became involved in the community when I realized the need for volunteers . I stayed involved when I realized how great it made me feel to help others.

What did you find most valuable about the LSC experience and how did it contribute to your community leadership?
One of the most valuable assets I acquired as part of my participation in Leadership SouthCoast was all the relationships I developed with so many individuals. Leadership SouthCoast also refined my leadership style, to be more collaborative and focused.

Describe your leadership in one word.
Determined! I am a true believer that if you are determined, you will SUCCEED!
