The Alumni Network builds on the LSC experience by offering graduates resources and opportunities to further develop their leadership, and stay engaged with the organization, one another, and the community. Check out our event calendar for dates, locations, and other details.

Dinner for 12
New in 2018! Let’s break bread! The Dinner for 12 series is intended to support stimulating dialogue and meaningful connections among LSC alumni. The format is an intimate dinner for 12 hosted by a grad for grads. The goal is to foster a cause-centered community where diverse perspectives and insights are shared and new discoveries and solutions are uncovered. Dinners will be hosted quarterly. Interested in hosting or participating in a dinner? Contact LSC staff.
A monthly social scheduled immediately following our annual program sessions to provide an opportunity for class members to connect with alumni. Social club is low-key, fun, and a great way to decompress the day with fellow LSC’ers.
Annual Graduation Celebration & Alumni Reunion
We couple our annual graduation and alumni reunion to offer our entire network a memorable evening of celebration and reconnection. Getting bigger and more exciting each year, LSC’s annual Graduation Celebration & Alumni Reunion offers class members, alumni, and the community to celebrate the region’s leadership while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, a delicious dinner, and music by some of the region’s best entertainers. We also announce and honor our annual Distinguished Alumni and Unsung Hero awardees.
LSC Network Newsletter
Stay up-to-date on all things LSC! Our monthly e-newsletter highlights the work and success of our alumni, as well as the journey and achievements of our class members. We also include periodic articles on leadership and community happenings.
Community Leadership Pledge
LSC graduates are innovative, diverse leaders who inspire community growth through service and involvement. If chosen to be a part of the 2018 Leadership SouthCoast cohort, participants pledge to commit at least 10 hours of time towards community or board service within the year following graduation. To support their pledge, we’re partnering with the United Way of Greater New Bedford and Fall River to utilize their Volunteer SouthCoast database. There, LSC alumni can get connected to a broad spectrum of community initiatives, easily identify volunteer opportunities, track their volunteer hours, and make a difference!
